Reset your password

Ask for a link to set a new password for your account from the sign-in page.

What you need

  • Access to the e-mail address registered on your account.

Steps

  1. Open the sign-in page and choose “Forgot password?”.

    Sign in →

  2. Enter your username or e-mail and select “Submit”.

  3. Open the message you receive and follow the link within 30 minutes.

  4. Enter and confirm the new password, then sign in with it.

What happens next

The old password is replaced and you sign in with the new one.

If it is returned, rejected or blocked

  • The page never confirms whether an account exists, for privacy; if nothing arrives, check the registered address or contact support.

Notes

  • If your password is managed by the university's own system, follow the university's procedure to change it.
  • Sign in to the platformReach your workspace with your university account or your external account from the single sign-in page.
  • Create an external accountFor researchers, authors and reviewers from outside the university: create an account and verify your e-mail.
