- Original work, not published before or under consideration elsewhere.
- Within the approved page limits of the work type and scholarly citation rules.

Frequently asked questions
All questionsWho can apply?
Each cycle states its audience: university members, external authors or everyone. You need a platform account with a complete profile.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the work type and the review outcome. Each stage has an approved duration in the cycle policy, and your request page shows the expected date of each step.
Can I change my request after submitting it?
A submitted request changes only when it is returned for completion or revisions are requested after review; the system then opens just the fields and files concerned.
How does peer review work?
The decision body nominates two accredited reviewers in the field, with a tie-breaker when they disagree. Reviewers stay anonymous and their comments reach you for revision.
Where is the title available once published?
It is published in print and digitally and listed in the digital library with its own page and cover; reading follows the approved access policy (public, signed-in readers or licensed).
Are there publication fees?
No fees are collected through the platform. Author rewards and rights follow the publishing agreement and the approved regulations.
