Finding help and guides
Getting started · Revision 1 · Last updated 7 November 2026Search the user guide, open help for the page you are on, and know whom to contact.
Steps
Open the Help Center and browse the guides by category, or search with a word describing what you want to do.
From any page, open help to see the guides related to that page first.
Use the direct actions in a guide to open the relevant page; they are active only if your role allows you to open it.
For account and access questions see the “Access guide”; for a funding programme's conditions see its “Frequently asked questions” and “Contact and support” sections.
